FOR THE HOUSE is our giving campaign to fund the expansion of our Worship Center—increasing from 600 seats to 1,100 seats to make room for Life Change.


After tripling our attendance in less than a year, we knew it was time to make room for the next person, the next family. In October 2024, we launched the FOR THE HOUSE project with that vision in mind.

Construction was complete in April 2025. On Easter Weekend, we celebrated the grand opening of our expanded Worship Center, now featuring tiered stadium seating—and welcomed over 3,600 people across four powerful services!

But the journey isn’t finished yet. A balance remains on the project cost, and we are pressing on with our fundraising efforts. We invite you to be part of this incredible story—to help us reach even more people and complete this project debt-free.

We’re so glald you’re here! Whether you new to church in general or just new to GM, we welcome you to the Genesis Metro family! If you haven’t already, we encourage you to find community through LifeGroups or GM Groups, attend a Next Steps Class or enjoy a Lunch With The Pastors experience.

If you feel at home at GM, we would love for you to participate in this initiative with us, creating opportunities for Life Change for the next person to walk through our doors.

Your current gift or tithe goes towards the general operations of Genesis Metro Church. In order to avoid incurring debt on this expansion project, we are encouraging you to give ABOVE AND BEYOND your current giving.

We believe this kind of sacrificial giving is an act of worship and obedience to what God is calling you to do.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Identify what kind of giver you are, then pick up a giving card at GM, or complete a digital card online. Return your card anytime.

NEW GIVERS

I have never given to Genesis Metro before, but I’m ready to start my generosity journey.

NEXT STEP: Commit to give a gift of any amount to FOR THE HOUSE. Every dollar makes a difference; it’s not about the amount but a heart of worship & obedience.

CONSISTENT GIVER

I give to GM occasionally but am going to start giving consistently through the FOR THE HOUSE project.

NEXT STEP: Include giving to GM in your personal budget and commit to give to FOR THE HOUSE. Consider setting up recurring giving online at genesismetro.org/giving.

SACRIFICIAL GIVER

I consistently give a tithe (10%) to GM’s general ministry, but I am ready to give sacrificially to FOR THE HOUSE, in addition to my regular giving.
